Our Programmes

Whether you are looking for a light lunchtime concert or a full evening performance, we have what you need. We have a wide and flexible repertoire. We perform trios and duets in various combinations as well as concerts with a single performer.

One of the most popular works in our repertoire is the Trio for Violin, Horn and Piano, Op. 40 by Brahms. This piece is often requested for its exquisite music and unusual instrumentation. This work on its own makes a perfect oasis in the middle of the day when performed at a lunchtime concert. It also makes a brilliant end to an evening recital.

Our repertoire also includes Piano Trios, duets of various combinations and most unusually, trios for Horn, Violin and Cello. Though it is an extremely difficult work and is therefore not often performed by others, one of the pieces in our repertoire for this combination is the Divertimento ŕ tre in E flat for Horn, Violin and Cello, Hob.IV:5 by Joseph Haydn.

We are also available for family concerts and educational/lecture concerts. Our educational programmes include those about music and its elements and about musical instruments. We also perform narrated programmes about other subjects such as 'Around the World'. Please contact us for further details and we are always happy to discuss your own requirements.

Our members are also available for Unaccompanied Bach performances and for concerto appearances.
